DESCRIPTION:Women In Transition (WIT) empowers people to move forward in their lives free of domestic violence (DV) and substance abuse. The WAVE program is under the umbrella of Women In Transition. WAVE is a practical and empowering safety and self-defense program offered throughout the Philadelphia region. WAVE teaches safety strategies that participants can use in situations ranging from verbal harassment to physical assault. The hope is that after they participate in this program\, that they will leave feeling empowered and more self assured. \nThis program is for Delta D.E.A.R.S. ONLY! Click here to register!
