DESCRIPTION:Philadelphia Alumnae Chapter’s Mental Health & Wellness Fair for Black Women and Girls is a dynamic community service event dedicated to uncovering the unspoken truths about mental health while fostering psychological safety. Through a holistic approach\, this event will provide interactive wellness activities—such as yoga\, meditation\, arts therapy\, and guided self-care practices—to promote mental well-being. Attendees will gain access to vital mental health resources\, including free screenings\, book giveaways\, coping strategy workshops\, and tabling by local mental health professionals and organizations. A keynote speaker will offer powerful insights on mental health in the Black community\, and participants will leave with a personalized psychological safety plan\, equipping them with strategies to sustain their well-being beyond the event.
