Attendees will gain access to vital mental health resources\, including free screenings\, book giveaways\, coping strategy workshops\, and tabling by local mental health professionals and organizations. A keynote speaker will offer powerful insights on mental health in the Black community\, and participants will leave with a personalized psychological safety plan\, equipping them with strategies to sustain their well-being beyond the event.
