“A Clinical Trial Revolution—Why Representation Matters” Virtual Town Hall

“You want to do what to our kids?”
It’s a real question—and one many families have.
Join the Philadelphia Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. for our 2026 Regional Day of Service: “A Clinical Trial Revolution—Why Representation Matters” as we host a free virtual community town hall on clinical trials and the impact on our children.
This conversation will center on representation, equity, access, open dialogue, and the safeguards in place to protect our children, while helping families better understand how clinical trials work and what they mean for our children’s health and future.
🎤 Moderated by Dr. Veirdre Jackson
Featuring voices from CHOP Clinical Pharmacy, the CHOP Biobank, Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, and a CHOP Faculty member and Parent Advocate
🗓 Wednesday, April 8, 2026
⏰ 7:00–8:30 PM
💻 Virtual | Free to attend
This is an informational conversation—not a recruitment event.
Come learn, ask questions, and be part of the conversation.
