Delta Knows Talent: A Benefit For Uplift & Peace

IMG_6865

“Delta Knows Talent” was a virtual benefit, aligned with one of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.’s programmatic thrusts: Physical and Mental Health. The event was designed to raise awareness about the importance of mental health in our communities, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. There was talent performed by a diverse group of individuals, as well as appearances from special guests such as Ms. Cherri Gregg, Community Affairs reporter for KYW News Radio; Ms. Trapeta Mayson, Philadelphia Poet Laureate 2020-2021; and Mr. Kenny Gamble– singer, songwriter, and producer.

The event has ended but please consider making a DONATION!

The pledge proceeds will benefit Philadelphia Black Women’s Health Alliance (PBWHA) whose mission is “to work to improve health care outcomes and reduce health disparities for African-American and other minority women and their families through advocacy, education, research, and support services.”

Please consider a donation to our cause.
