    Enjoy a taste of the very best healthy, soul food favorites with your line sister or a soror. This is an opportunity to master the art of a lunch or dinner date with a soror.

  • LMSD 2: Super Soul Sunday

    Worship in reverence and celebrate the sisterhood with a Doll, Diva, and/or Dear (Note ages: Delta Doll: up to age 39; Delta Diva: 40-61; Delta Dear: 62+).

  • LMSD 5: Welcome Wednesday

    Reach out to an inactive soror or invite a reclaimed soror to a Fitness Workout or send them a “Sisterly note of encouragement.”

  • LMSD 6: Throwback Thursday

    Post a memorable moment back in the day with your Family (Legacy) sorors, line sisters/soror friends who inspire you.
